Where are Stays by 4M properties located?

Our properties are nestled right in the quiet and lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood in Ann Arbor, MI. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course.

Some Stays by 4M properties are private suites with shared spaces. What does that mean?

A private suite includes a full bathroom, bedroom, closet, and smart TV. The suite has a private door code known only to you. Our private suites are located in townhomes with shared spaces. This means you will share common areas with guests staying in other private suites in the home. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, and dining room.

What coworking space options are available?

An on-site coworking space, conference room, and podcast studio are available at The 4M Townhouse or 4M Townhouse Suite. Free and paid coworking space options are available down the street from all our properties at Venue by 4M, our hybrid hospitality facility with a restaurant & bar, market & café, coworking, conference rooms, and event space.
